Refund policy

It is Eleven11's goal that you are happy with the items you purchase from us. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you want to return/refund or exchange your item.

We are not able to reimburse shipping rates. The customer pays shipping costs for any returned items.

Refund and exchange requests will be denied if not received within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be denied if product is returned damaged, customer will not receive product back and will loose refund.
